Introduction

This KVKK Clarification Text has been prepared as Dream Project Organization Fair Organization and Trade Incorporated Company (will be referred to as "Dream Project" or "We"), regarding the personal data we process within the scope of your participation in the Istanbul Tourism Fair as a visitor. Dream Project processes your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") as the data controller.

How can we obtain your personal data?

Your personal data is obtained by automatic methods through the Visitor Registration Form that you fill out on our website.

Which personal data do we process?

As Dream Project, details about the categories of personal data we process within the scope of the Information Text and the data processed are given below:

• Your identity information: Your name and surname
• Your contact information: Your country and city information, your e-mail address
• Your professional experience information: The name of the company you work for, the sector it is in and your title regarding your position in the company.

For what purposes and on what legal basis do we process your personal data?

In order to fulfill your request to participate in the Istanbul Tourism Fair as a visitor, we process your personal data based on the legal reason that it is 'directly necessary or related to the establishment and execution of the contract' in accordance with subparagraph c of the 2nd paragraph of Article 5 of the Law.

In addition, we process your identity information and contact information with your explicit consent in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 5 of the Law, in order to contact you to inform you about future projects.

For what purposes and with whom can we share your personal data?

Your personal data is transferred to the event and content management service provider from whom we supply this service, whose servers are located abroad, for the purpose of organizing the event.

In addition, your data is transferred to the e-mail service provider whose infrastructure we use in order to confirm your visitor status by confirming the Visitor Registration Form you have filled out via e-mail.

What are your rights regarding your personal data and how can you exercise these rights?

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, as a personal data owner, you have many rights regarding your personal data. In this section, we would like to inform you about the rights you have and how you can exercise these rights.

The rights you have under Article 11 of the Law are as follows:

• You can find out whether your personal data is processed by us,
• If your personal data has been processed by us, you can request information about this from us,
• You can learn for what purposes we process your personal data and whether your personal data is used in accordance with these purposes,
• You can learn about the third parties to whom we transfer your personal data domestically or abroad,
• If we have processed your personal data incompletely or incorrectly, you may request that these corrections be forwarded to the third parties to whom we have transferred your personal data.
• Even though we have processed your personal data in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, if the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data disappear, you may request that your personal data be deleted or destroyed and that the corrections made in this context be forwarded to the third parties to whom we have transferred your personal data.
• If a result arises against you by analyzing the data we process exclusively through automatic systems, you can object to this result,
• If you suffer any damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, you can request compensation for the damage resulting from unlawful data processing.

Relevant person applications are, as a rule, answered free of charge; However, if an additional cost arises, we reserve the right to charge you a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
