B2B Platform

  • As a complimentary service for all exhibitors, buyers, and visitors to the Istanbul Tourism Fair, the B2B Platform represents an excellent means for exhibitors to network quickly and effectively, connect with the right customers and suppliers, and expand their network on the fairground.
  • A login password shall be sent to you to access the B2B Platform via the website. Your online calendar will become active 4 weeks before the exhibition.
  • You can find the exhibitors you are interested in by filtering by their names, countries and categories in the system.
  • After you select the company that you would like to meet with, you may view the available time slot of its representatives. The appointment request you have sent to the exhibitor by selecting the day and time and clicking the “Make an Appointment” button will remain pending until the relevant exhibitor accepts it. If your meeting request is confirmed within 48 hours, it is placed on your online calendar and the calendar of the other exhibitor or purchaser. A daily e-mail shall be sent to all users asking them to either accept or reject new appointment requests. If requests are not accepted or rejected by logging into the online system, they will continue to appear as “pending”. Interview requests that are not accepted within 48 hours are cancelled automatically.
  • After the B2B meeting has been set up, participants may communicate via the B2B Platform.
  • From their online calendars, all B2B Platform participants may set their time slots available/not available for B2B meetings.
  • Also, all participants can save their appointment schedules in an Excel spreadsheet and print them out at any time.
